Directions
- Rinse and drain canned thin-cut hearts of palm.
- Cook the sausages, crushing them and chopping them into pieces according to the package instructions.
- Mix the hearts of palm with the finely chopped parsley and olive oil. Set aside.
- Prepare mayonnaise by mixing lemon juice, julienned sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Assemble the lettuce tacos, starting with two lettuce leaves on each taco. Top with hearts of palm, mayonnaise, sausages, green onions and radishes.
