Cherry Clafoutis

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).

2. Butter the tart mold and add cherries.

3. In a bowl, sift the flour and salt together. Add the sugar.

4. In another bowl, mix the milk and eggs. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

5. Add the vanilla and melted butter. Mix and pour over cherries.

6. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

7. Allow to cool then dust with icing sugar, if desired.
