Asparagus and Pork Spaghetti

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, fresh parsley, salt, and chili flakes to create a pasta sauce.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the pork strips and set aside.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti and marinade sauce to the skillet. Reheat over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring gently until warmed through.
  5. Serve with parmesan shavings or any cheese of your choice.
