Directions
1. Preheat the barbecue to medium-high power.
2. On the pre-oiled and pre-heated barbecue grill, toast naan breads for 30 seconds on each side.
3. Place the naan breads on one or two aluminum trays. Top with marinara sauce. Garnish with hearts of palm medallions, cherry tomatoes, red onion and mozzarella.
4. Place the aluminum tray on the hot barbecue grill. Close the lid and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
5. At the end of the cooking time, garnish the rocket pizzas. Sprinkle with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
