Directions
1. Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C).
2. Rub four small au gratin plates with the minced garlic.
3. Alternate peppers, tomatoes and cheese on the plate.
4. Sprinkle with herb mix and cook for seven to 10 minutes or until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
Note Provolone, feta or raclette cheese are all excellent choices for this dish.
