Gourmet Fish tacos

Directions

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. In one plate, beat an egg. In another plate, place some flour. Dip each fillet in the egg, then in the flour, and coat them well.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the fillets for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy. Cover and keep on low heat to maintain warmth.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, fish sauce, and salt in a small bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning according to your preference.
  5. Slice the avocado thinly and dice the tomato. Quickly sauté the peppers and onion in a little oil in a pan to soften them slightly while keeping them crunchy.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave to make them pliable. Place the breaded fish fillets, avocado slices, tomato cubes, peppers, and onion in each tortilla.
  7. Top with mayonnaise and cilantro, and enjoy!

    *Serve with your choice of salad or homemade fries on the side.
