Directions
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- In one plate, beat an egg. In another plate, place some flour. Dip each fillet in the egg, then in the flour, and coat them well.
- Heat some oil in a pan and cook the fillets for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy. Cover and keep on low heat to maintain warmth.
- Mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, fish sauce, and salt in a small bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning according to your preference.
- Slice the avocado thinly and dice the tomato. Quickly sauté the peppers and onion in a little oil in a pan to soften them slightly while keeping them crunchy.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave to make them pliable. Place the breaded fish fillets, avocado slices, tomato cubes, peppers, and onion in each tortilla.
- Top with mayonnaise and cilantro, and enjoy!
