Grapefruit jam with honey and ginger

Directions

1. In a saucepan, place grapefruit segments and juice

2. Add remaining ingredients and stir.

3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 18 to 20 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring, until most of the liquid has evaporated (the mixture should have a jam-like texture).

4. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in the refrigerator.
