Directions

  1. Puree beets and add to a sauce pan. Combine with milk and spices and nutritional yeast and bring to a simmer.

  2. Add fine cut hearts of palm (noodles) and stir until well coated.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and top with feta or goat cheese and nuts
