Directions
- Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
- Divide the spinach dip among the artichoke bottoms. Place the artichoke bottoms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a little olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Cook the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
- Garnish the artichoke bottoms with shrimp.
