Directions
1. In a bowl, mix marinade ingredients. Using the mixer, emulsify the preparation for 1 minute until you obtain a smooth texture.
2. Add the beef strips in the bowl and stir to coat them with the marinade. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
3. If the skewers used are bamboo, soak them in water about 30 minutes before cooking.
4. When cooking, preheat the barbecue to medium-high power.
5. Drain the beef strips over a small saucepan to collect the marinade.
6. Bring the marinade to a boil over medium heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from fire.
7. Cut half of the mandarins into large pieces. Add to the saucepan and stir.
8. On twelve small skewers, prick the strips of beef, making them wavy.
9. On the hot and oiled barbecue grill, remove the skewers. Close the lid and cook the skewers for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
10. Transfer the skewers to a serving platter. Decorate with the rest of the mandarins. Serve with the sauce
