Paloma-Style Cocktail Popsicles

Directions

1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar with 125 mL (½ cup) water.

2. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Let cool for 8 to 10 minutes, until the sugar has dissolved.

3. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and stir.

4. Spread mixture into about 10 popsicle molds.

5. Insert a wooden stick in the center of each popsicle. Place in freezer for 4 to 5 hours.

6. Unmould gently.
