Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cut apricots, strawberries, kiwi and mango into very small cubes.
3. In a salad bowl, mix the fruit with the basil, zest and lime juice. Set aside in a cool place.
4. In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
5. Cut each pita into eight wedges and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle sugar mixture over pita points.
6. Place pita wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
7. Serve fruit salsa with pita chips.
