Directions
1. Mix flour, milk, water, salt and pepper into a bowl and combine until smooth.
2. Place panko in a separate bowl
3. Coat gherkins in batter and then panko
4. Fry in oil in a pan on medium heat
5. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lime, sugar and salt and pepper
6. Remove gherkins from oil, shaking off excess oil
7. Dip gherkins in spicy mayonnaise and enjoy!
