1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with pepper cheese and apricots.
2. Form the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
3. In a soup plate, mix pecans with almonds and chives.
4. Coat ball with nut mixture, pressing lightly so that mixture adheres well. Set aside in a cool place for 1 hour.
5. Just before serving, drizzle honey over cheese ball.
