Directions
1. Coarsely chop artichoke hearts.
2. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, yogurt and garlic. Using the electric mixer, mix the preparation 1 minute until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
3. Add the artichoke hearts, spinach, basil and parsley. Salt and pepper. Stir until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
4. Form a ball with the cheese preparation. Wrap the ball in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour.
5. In a large bowl mix remaining basil with walnuts. Roll the cheese ball into the walnut mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
