Directions
1. Preheat oven to 190° C (375° F).
2. Cut the puff pastry dough in half. On a floured work surface, roll each piece of dough into a 30cm (12") square.
3. Garnish with cheddar, artichoke and bacon. Salt and pepper.
4. Roll each square of dough to form a cylinder. Cut each cylinder into twelve 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick slices.
5. Place mini buns on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake on the center rack for 18 to 22 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown. Serve immediately.
