Antipasto roll-ups

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine the ricotta with the green onion and garlic powder.
2. On a work surface, place two slices of salami side by side, overlapping them slightly. Cover with a slice of ham. Spread a little ricotta mixture on the ham. Garnish with some grilled peppers and arugula, followed by a basil leaf. Add a little sundried tomato pesto.
3. Roll up tightly as you go to form a roll. Cut the roll in half on an angle. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to form ten more rolls.
