Mini turkey sandwiches with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes

Directions

1. Cut the loaf of bread horizontally in half
2. In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the spicy mayo.
3. Spread the spicy mayonnaise on one side of the ciabatta.
4. Top the other half of the ciabatta with turkey, provolone, marinated artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and mixed lettuce. Cover with the other half of the ciabatta.
5. Cut into twelve mini-sandwiches. Secure each sandwich with a toothpick.
