Grilled mixed vegetable hummus

  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 jar M'Lord grilled mixed vegetables, drained
  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup sesame tahini paste
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Using a food processor, add process chickpeas, garlic, drained grilled vegetables, tahini paste, lemon juice, salt and paprika. Cover and process until well-blended. While the food processor is running, gradually drizzle in the oil through the food processor's feed tube; continue to process until mixture is smooth in texture. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides.
