- 1 package (227 g) cream cheese
- 1/2 can (85 g) M'Lord smoked mussels, drained
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) parsley, chopped
- 24 small puff pastry shells, store-bought
- Caviar for garnish
- In a food processor bowl, combine cheese, mussels and parsley until smooth.
- Using a pastry bag fitted with a star tip, pipe a rosette of mousse into each shell.
- Garnish with caviar and parsley.
