Smoked mussel mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 package (227 g) cream cheese
  • 1/2 can (85 g) M'Lord smoked mussels, drained
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) parsley, chopped
  • 24 small puff pastry shells, store-bought
  • Caviar for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a food processor bowl, combine cheese, mussels and parsley until smooth.
  2. Using a pastry bag fitted with a star tip, pipe a rosette of mousse into each shell.
  3. Garnish with caviar and parsley.
